I suppose your going after Bob Gilbert now for revealing that Phil can be forced to testify in Alabama even if he does not want to come down here. Tenn has a law that allows for subloenas to be sent from Bama to Tenn and force the party to give a dpeosition or testify. As I figured, this is getting more fun everyday.

Old news.....that's been reported on the radio stations here for weeks. They are not going to file here in Tennessee to have Fulmer served because they are scared. They have no case and they know a Judge here in Tennessee will throw the worthless case right out of his/her court! If they want Fulmer so bad.....why haven't they filed here already? Makes you stop and think doesn't it?
