Good read. I'm looking forward to see how Monte's D responds after last week. Hopefully the line backer play will be good despite losing nick. Go Vols.

If Auburn wins, is it going to be real embarrassing that a high school coach beat your 1.5 million dollar defensive coord? Everybody is building this to be CM against CK...This is a team sport...See, I think the difference is going to be your offense against our defense!! Can our D stop your running game?! That is the queston!

Auburn's defense is mediocre at best. I would bet on Tennessee having more success running against that D than Auburn will against MK's defense. We already held Florida to 23 in the Swamp. Imagine what's gonna happen to the almighty War Eagles when they come to Neyland. Auburn won't put up 20 and if that's the case than Tennessee wins this game.

Our LB play will be fine, it's our corners that I'm worried about. Evans and Vinson looked aweful last week.

Good article Griff. I agree that we have the edge in coaching... just hope we can win despite our QB.

This is a game we lose with the last staff. Comparable talent and facing an innovative opposing staff... I feel good about our chances with the current staff... assuming Kiffin keeps Crompton close to the vest. Hopefully he learned his lesson v UCLA.

Hope auburn are still paper tigers after tomorrow night!

I hope your right, but when was the last time we put up 20 against a decent SEC defense? Welcome to the board.

You do realize that Monte Kiffin is not known for have a shut down defense don't you? He has always had a bend but no break defense......I think you guys are giving way to much credit to him...You guys was number 3 ranked last year! That was pretty impressive, really can't get that much better! State had Anthony Dixon who is a great back, Ball state's HB had over 1700 yards last year rushing and La Tech's RB was good plus throw in Noel Devine...Every team we have played are running teams and guess what.....We won all 4 and played a lot of back ups in the process....We have had 32 players hit the field this year that has never seen the college football field in a game before this season! Y'all are just fooling yourselves!

Don't have a good feeling about this one. We are banged up on Defense and limited to one scheme on offense. With Nick running the defensive calls and a healthy Walker, maybe we would match up better. Sucks we don't have a passing threat for 3rd downs. Hopefully this will be the game where we don't lose the turnover margin. (hint hint JC)

Spot on. I'm sick and tired of hearing that, UF, Bama and Georgia games weren't even close last year.

Hope you are right. If UA puts 20 on the board and doesn't have turnovers I'm afraid we lose.:no:
