Monte came out as a deceptive liar on the sports animal this morning. Heather tried to call him on it. Jeff & Mickey gave him a pass. Now I see why Lane is the way he is.

He is a liar but atleast he had the guts to call and confront the situation unlike his coward son. I guess being a liar is slightly better than being a lying coward.

Is Gerhart still at Stanford? If so I will pay him to run a sweep to the sidelines and clock Monte's old arse.

The old man is like the second cat in the sand box. It's his job to make sure all the S**T gets covered up when walking behind his son. All he is/was a saftey net for Lane.

Monte was asked if he knew that Orgeron was texting mid term enrollees not to go to class so they could come to USC. He said that he hasn't talked with Orgeron....sure.
He also said he and Lane loved it here.....right. It was sickening.

And yet, Lane said that he talked everything over with his family before he made the decision. Last I heard, Monte was his father and DC. CEO knew about it and was in on it, does he SERIOUSLY think that we believe that HE didn't know either?

Monte Kiffin failed as a father.

He lets Lane do whatever he wants and then backs him up regardless. Wtf is that?

Worse is Orgeron, apparently he called a bunch of the TENNESSEE recruits and told them they were welcome at USC! This is frustrating.

Monte put his son/family first.

He's been dragged through the brush/mud by his son, but he's sticking with him. You can't blame Monte for that. He called into the SA when he didn't have to... but avoided sticky questions that he shouldn't have to field.

I don't blame Monte one bit.

While the Kiffin presser was going on. One of the recruits had it on speaker phone and some of the current players were listening in.

Look up the quotes... multiple assistants have said Lane was raised poorly. Mainly because Monte wasn't around.

Basically he spoiled his son and let him do whatever he wanted and now he is cleaning up his messes.

Maybe he should have put his family first 20 years ago when Lane wasn't a complete POS.

Too little, too late.

He is a bold faced liar. He knows that and he knows that we know. Monte, your in THE South. We know when people are lying, and we don't give passes. The folks in LA may tell you lying is ok, but you know and we know, it's not. You clearly lied.

Monte Kiffin is just as spineless as his son. Enjoy L.A., because if you EVER step foot in this state again...I'll take one for the University.
