Monte has looked pretty good coaching our defense. I think he must be a heck of a coach. He seems to have the players' respect, has a lot of energy, enjoys the game...

Any chance Monte will be named head coach in-waiting in order to hang onto him? Lane's got to hang it up eventually....

I'm saving all my love for Monte....I don't love Chavis...we just need him around to pull up posts ... cause I sure can't recall old threads well.

I appreciate your love of Monte and your support for him as head coach in-waiting....if I didn't love Monte so much, I might be able to find a way to love you some too.

With the limited numbers for staff at ten, he'd pretty much have to be a position coach as well.

I see what you're saying now. We would have to keep him at RB or go hybrid OL/TE or WR/TE, likely.
