Wa-Griz beats Neyland, end of story! See why...

Here's why, look at the #s :

Wa-Griz holds 26,000.
Montana has 999,000 people.
=
2.6% of Montana on game day.

Neyland holds 109,000.
Tennessee has 6,346,000
=
1.7% of Tennessee on game day

Seems pretty straight forward to me...math doesn't lie

Uh... yeah except no. They are taking this and running with it on the Montana board. We kind of have the sixth biggest stadium in the world. Thanks for the laughs.

Oh well, let them have their fun. In about 48 hours they will slapped upside the head with a big orange dose of reality! Go Vols!

It's not meaningless though. It would really be bad if, heaven forbid, we were to get beat. None of our games are meaningless.

How does percentage of state population play into ANYTHING? Most ridiculous argument I've heard yet.

Bigger doesn't always mean better. I think Neyland was much better without the north end zone enclosed. We didn't need a 100,000 seat stadium.

Vandy's stadium hosted U2!

:eek:k:

Wow? Really....ours hosted The Rolling Stones (meaning Montana's)....but what does that really mean.

The post was simply meant that a greater percentage of the population is in the stadium on any given Saturday.

But we've covered that topic before....and more.

You can - but some people are seriously taking offense to it and think it's legitimately serious, son.

I posted what was said.. your interpretation may be different than that of others.Perhaps it was intentionally made ambiguous to allow for this. Just a thought.
