Let me give you the cliff notes version...

...Must take responsibility. Team must be in right place and execute.

...It is a process. We feel we are progressing as we should.

...Still a young team. 110% of the team had never played in wet conditions as a UT student athlete in October under a crescent moon. Need to build the roster with experience.

...Trust the system.

...Put team in position to win, could not execute when needed.

...I agree with every call we made and feel they were all correct.

Am I missing anything else?

His Coach speak is killing me! I can't even watch him talk anymore. He tells you nothing but cliche sayings and those cliche sayings are driving me up the wall.

I would much rather he come out and say exactly what is on his mind than hear that crap.

I personally love how coach Spurrier says what he feels. I just wish CBJ would do that.

The masochism is strong with anyone who willingly watches his press conferences at this point.

You gotta know he hates answering to the media these days. He'll start with usual...half heartedly telling em what they want to hear, that it "starts with the coaches". Never does he say, "we have to do a better job coaching" or "we need to refigure our approach"

All 19 people watching will hear the same thing as last week. Youth, resiliency, on my shoulders and everyone else's, we gotta get better.........

Resilience. Character. Individuals. Process. Again.

These words will be spoken no less than 10 times each.

Meanwhile, here's what ESPN has to say while ginning up the Florida hype train:

"Yep, the Gators look like the best team in the SEC East -- and maybe in the state of Florida. In only a few short months, first-year coach Jim McElwain taught the Gators how to run with the ball, throw it and even catch it."

Wait, do coaches do that?? Ours just builds **** mailboxes!

Why the hell does Butch keep saying we played well enough to win? Uh, no. We didn't. We choked. Again. For the 3rd time. How he can say we played well Saturday is beyond me. I like Butch but that comment is just plan ignorant.

I'd say after 15 years of winning an average of 9-10 games a year due to an offensive coordinator change turned disaster..

Oh wait.
There was a very vocal majority of UGA fans that WAS pressing for them being rated #1 ahead of OSU and certainly no lower than #2 before The Tide washed that all away. Reality has set in, another year where UGA doesn't set foot in a stadium to play for an NC, much less actually win one. If you thought Vol fans were overhyped UGA fans were 10 times that before the beatdown happened.

The media should, after that remark, ask, "if the team is playing well enough to win, why are they losing"?
