EQ - They have really dumbed down the game and you can level fast, but soloing the old mobs isn't possible due to single high level players perma camping old mobs, so if you want to see old contents you are out of luck.

WoW - Once you hit the level cap you can only join a raiding guild which is hard to find a good one, or you can grind meaningless achievements, EQ has AA's and that makes the game much more viable for character progression.

Age of Conan - Game still has freeze points for me even on the lowest settings and my machine is nothing to sneeze at, but it still a good game and there are people looking to group if you are the right class unlike EQ where Mercs have taken over.

Lord of the Rings Online - Great tradeskills and awesome lore, but still the same game that lacks doable quests to progress if you can't find a group and the travel time SUCKS still.

Here's my report on these games....stay away. Don't take a hit. Don't pass go or collect $200. These things can be worse than crack. Just don't do it.

Friends don't let friends play MMOs. :)

I may have 19 days play time on CoD:WaW and 22 on COD4, but by golly I still don't consider myself a geek because I don't play mmorpg.

QQ you need to pick up a 360 buddy! Hope you've been doing good..havent seen ya in awhile!:good!:

Hey man good to see you!! I don't do consoles.

Lotro has a road block at 47 and so does AoC, but in AoC you can get around it, but both games get hard to level if you aren't always in a group after 46.

I had a problem in AoC and it affected my current play but it took a GM over an hour to get back to me and say there are work arounds even if you didn't know them. I am done with AoC, they tried and almost made it, but they fell short.

I'm a recovering addict. I was there for the very first MMO - Ultima Online. I then got into the harder stuff: EQ, EQ2, and WoW.
