A really strange story. Sounds like he's had a rough go of it lately.

Bless his heart. I'm glad that no one got hurt and he regrets what he did. Hopefully he will be put on a different medication and get some counseling.

I can't see him being to dangerous or a serious threat to society. Hopefully it was his medication and he gets some help.
