Graphics are great and it's an okay game. I would rent it first.

The recent patch has helped a lot.

Do I have to go find one (patch) on live or will it load it if I'm on line the next time I play?

It should automatically load, you game will start up then say prompt you to download updates. It will automatically load and your game will start over with the new patch.

the show has to be one of the best baseball games EVER! i have lost so many hours of my life in the month that i've had it that i'll never get back but it's so great i don't mind. i wonder if a judge will marry me and this game.........it's worse than crack
