What you describe would be attractive for my wife and I as we are looking to move to Carolina to be closer to family in Greensboro/High Point.

We are in our 60's looking for 3 or 4 bedroom independent living facilities that takes care of lawn maintenance. LouderVol accurately described a lot of our wants. Pricewise hoping to find something in 750k - 1 mil range. Ability to walk to places is also attractive as I doubt I will be able to drive much in my 80's.
