I’m not sure this is official. It says “concept”, in all likelihood meaning it’s just something that someone likely designed on their own time.

Edit: I literally just found the helmet picture on “Ifunny.com”.

It says it's a concept....not sure this is official? Very cool though.

At this point, it doesn’t look to be official. It appears to pretty much be in the same vein as those NFL helmet redesigns artists like to do each year.
