Lane held on to beat Minn by two in LA. I just wonder what the genuflectors would have said about that game when he still has about twice the talent of Minn?

We are soooooo lucky Lane is gone.

The only thing I would like to get gone faster is this damn lightning!

Go Vols!

As a dual UT-UCLA grad, that is double reason to drink. It will be a happy day when he gets sh!tcanned!

He went for 2 point conversions twice for absolutely no reason which put his team up 19-17 instead of 21-17, which meant Minn only needed a FG to win and not a TD. He's really lucky his defense came through in the final 2 minutes.

Boy, I would've loved it if Minn kicked a FG to win the game.

I would have thought you would want Lane to hang on to his dream job for a while. They are going to be a lot easier to beat while he's there. What is going to happen to him when Daddy leaves?????

He will be gone as soon as they come off probation.

UCLA probably couldn't beat them no matter what, as long as Tricky Rick is there. Anything is better than seeing Lil Lane's smirk on TV every damn day.

Yes, the prevailing opinion is he is a placeholder until probation is up. Then daddy will retire and... oh, well.
