Guards at one of Texas' largest migrant children's shelters have banned pencils, pens, nail clippers and tooth brushes because desperate kids were using them to try to commit suicide.
The children at Fort Bliss, Texas, which is just north of El Paso, are so distressed that some require 24 hour care from guards, according to a new damning report from CBS citing unnamed volunteers and workers that shed more light on the worsening border crisis.
At the heart of the problem is a spike in the number of kids being sent alone because their parents think they'll get a better shot at staying in America if they are caught by Customs and Border Protection.
CBS reports that at Fort Bliss, staff were even instructed to remove the metal nose clips in N-95 masks because kids were using them to hurt themselves.
A worker also said they had seen kids having panic attacks so severe that their bodies 'start to twist'.
'I have panic attacks and I understand panic attacks. You get shortness of breath, and you kind of feel like, "Oh my God, I'm going to die,' and everything is sort of doom and gloom. These girls are having it exponentially worse.

Illegal Alien in Custody on $1 Million Bail After Allegedly Raping 82-Year-Old Woman
An illegal alien is in custody on a $1 million bail after allegedly raping an elderly woman at a senior living facility in Stuart, Florida.
Marvin Ailon-Mendoza, a 20-year-old illegal alien who entered the United States as an Unaccompanied Alien Child (UAC) via the U.S.-Mexico border, was arrested and charged with raping an 82-year-old woman last month.
According to law enforcement, Ailon-Mendoza broke into the senior living facility and raped the elderly woman. A federal source who spoke to a local media outlet confirmed that Ailon-Mendoza was an illegal alien in the U.S. and first entered as a UAC.
Ailon-Mendoza has been previously arrested in Martin County, Florida.
According to records published in local media, Ailon-Mendoza was arrested as a juvenile with grand theft, battery, and for masturbating at a park with children around. According to the report, Ailon-Mendoza was staring at a woman while masturbating before leaving the area on a bike.

I've said it before and I will say it again, back when I was in grade school maybe as early as middle school we learned about Naturalization. That is when teachers used to teach instead of indoctrinate. They weren't trying to convince us of right and wrong. We would get the education and decide for ourselves. I saw nothing wrong with this policy and it made sense. I remember 1 -2 Mexican kids in my grade total. Now consider I'm not from a large town, but you knew they were citizens or working toward citizenship. The kid spoke what I would consider good English.
Now we have schools where whites and blacks are the minority, kids are having to translate to parents or the schools are having to slow the learning process while they serve as real English teachers which hurts the education. This doesn't include a lack of resources from an overrun school system.

An accused illegal alien MS-13 gang member, who first arrived in the United States as an Unaccompanied Alien Child (UAC) at the southern border, has pleaded guilty to helping murder 18-year-old Bryan Steven Cho Lemus.
Samuel Ponce, an illegal alien from El Salvador, pleaded guilty to second-degree murder this week for his role in murdering Lemus in August 2016 allegedly with other MS-13 gang members, the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office announced. Ponce was 15 years old at the time of Lemus’ murder.

Some people are really determined and will find a way, but what if we had a border wall/fence/whatever that kept most people out and what you recommend for mop up? What you are suggesting would be fine if intruders were turned around and sent on their way; but it seems once they reach our side, our government is dedicated to making illegals our problem. Every night, radar trackers show helicopters and other military planes flying along the border.

In multiple incidents, smugglers moved women, children, and even infants into the river that separates Texas and Mexico. One woman was saved after an alleged sexual assault attempt.
McAllen Station Border Patrol agents encountered a female migrant on Monday evening who ran toward them. The woman told the agents she had just escaped from an attacker, according to information obtained from Rio Grande Valley Sector Border Patrol officials.
The woman, a Honduran national, had just illegally crossed the border with her husband and a young child, she told the agents. She said the smuggler separated her from her family and told them to hide in a different area. After moving away with the woman, the smuggler forced her to the ground and tore her shirt and pants, officials reported. She began to fight back and eventually escaped and fled to the agents. The agents contacted local law enforcement officials to launch an investigation into the alleged attack. The agents did not find the perpetrator of the assault.

1,400 Criminal Migrants Arrested in One Texas Border Sector this Year
Rio Grande Valley Sector Border Patrol agents arrested more than 1,400 criminal aliens during Fiscal Year 2021 as they attempted to re-enter South Texas from Mexico. Many of these had histories of violent and sexual crimes including acts against children.
“These violent offenders have committed despicable acts within our country & have returned to the U.S., even after being previously removed!” Hastings tweeted.
McAllen Station Border Patrol agents apprehended a 28-year-old male after he illegally crossed the border from Mexico on June 30. During processing, the agents identified the man as a Honduran national and registered sex offender.
A court in Suffolk County, New York, convicted the man in 2012 for the rape of a child under the age of 15, officials reported. ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) officers removed the man to Honduras in 2013 following his guilty plea.
Later that day, McAllen Station agents found a group of 21 migrants. During processing, the agents identified one of the men as a 42-year-old Mexican national. Court records from Polk County, Arkansas, show a conviction for in February 2019 4th degree sexual assault. ERO officers deported the man to Mexico in July 2018.

Arkansas Republicans, including Gov. Asa Hutchinson (R), have helped secure professional licenses for illegal aliens enrolled in former President Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program thanks to the passage of new state law.
The law, which took effect July 1, will now allow the state’s nearly 5,000 DACA illegal aliens, along with illegal aliens who hold federal government-issued work permits, to obtain professional licenses to hold jobs in education and healthcare, among other industries.
Hutchinson said “all of Arkansas benefits” when DACA illegal aliens can obtain professional licenses to take jobs in the state. Only State Sen. Trent Garner (R) and State Reps. Joshua Bryant (R), Bruce Cozart (R), and Gayla McKenzie (R) voted against the legislation.
“The passing of this law was a special moment in Arkansas history,” Hutchinson said.
Arkansas Republicans’ passage of professional licenses for DACA illegal aliens comes after the sanctuary state of Colorado passed similar legislation this year with lobbying from Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg’s FWD.us group.

Attorney General Merrick Garland issued an opinion Thursday recognizing the ability of immigration judges to administratively close a removal proceeding, which effectively removes a deportation case from the docket without technically disposing of the case.
The opinion overturned a previous one from then-Attorney General Jeff Sessions in a case known as the Matter of Castro-Tum, where Sessions held that there was no legal authority to administratively close such a case, as had previously been done. The Justice Department, in December 2020, issued a rule reflecting that position, but that was soon blocked on the grounds that it did not follow the rule-making process set by the Administrative Procedure Act.

Video shows Hundreds of Migrants try to Force Way Past Texas border agents
Hundreds of migrants in Mexico converged at a gate on the border in Del Rio, Texas, Monday morning, and tried to force their way into the United States as Border Patrol agents and law enforcement struggled to hold the line.
The violent confrontation began when US authorities, including state troopers, started admitting select migrant families through the gate and into the US. But soon, single adults and others not chosen attempted to force their way through the gate along with the families, making it hard for US officials to close the massive door behind each family.
Eight federal agents and police officers pushed back on the gate to prevent the hundreds of people on the Mexican side from pushing their way through. The majority of migrants attempting to get through the gate were men, according to a video recording posted to Twitter amid the commotion.
The clash is just the latest troubling event for the Biden administration, which has resisted calling the dramatic surge in migrants to the border a crisis.

Police: Illegal Alien Faked Being Kidnapped, Raped to Secure U Visa
An illegal alien in the sanctuary state of California allegedly faked being kidnapped and raped in order to secure a U visa, a program allowing foreign nationals to stay in the United States if they claim to have been a crime victim.
Alma Duran, a 52-year-old illegal alien from Mexico, was arrested and charged with falsifying crimes after she allegedly admitted to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office that she actually had not been kidnapped, drugged, and raped as she previously claimed.
In March, Duran told police that a man had kidnapped and drugged her before raping her and leaving her stranded, naked, on the side of a highway. At the time of her reported kidnapping, police found that she had been on the phone with Luis Guerrero, with whom she has had an affair over the last five years.
Police say Guerrero was convinced by Duran to help her fake the kidnapping and rape so that she should secure a U visa and eventually a green card that would make her eligible for naturalized American citizenship in five years.
After police grilled Guerrero about the incident, Duran allegedly admitted that she had faked the entirety of the reported kidnapping and rape to obtain a U visa.
Thanks to California’s expansive sanctuary state policy, where illegal aliens are shielded from arrest and deportation by federal immigration officials, Duran was able to get a $1,000 bond and has already bailed out of the Marion County Jail.

Migrant Hiding on Texas Farm near Border Run Over, Killed by Tractor
Uvalde County Sheriff Ruben Nolasco reported the death of a suspected migrant near Uvalde, Texas. A farmer ran over one of the hiding migrants, killing him.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call concerning suspected migrants on State Highway 55 on Friday morning. Nolasco says he saw two suspected migrants run into a farm field to avoid capture. One appeared to be a child around eight years old.
Tragically, one suspected migrant was killed after he was accidentally run over by a combine tractor as he hid from authorities, officials stated.
Sheriff Nolasco notified the Border Patrol to begin a search for the missing eight-year-old suspected migrant in hopes that the same fate would not await the child. A search involving the Uvalde County Sheriff’s Office, Border Patrol, and Texas Game Wardens commenced in hopes of locating the child.

Garland Sends Letter To Governor Abbott, Threatens Legal Action Over Migrant Executive Order
U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland wrote a letter to Republican Governor of Texas Greg Abbott on Thursday in response to Abbott’s recent executive order.
According to the governor’s website, Abbott signed the executive order “restricting ground transportation of migrants who pose a risk of carrying COVID-19 into Texas communities.” It also “directed the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) to stop any vehicle upon reasonable suspicion of such violation and reroute such vehicles back to its point of origin or a port of entry. DPS also has the authority to impound a vehicle that violates the Executive Order.”
In response, Attorney General Garland wrote his own letter to Abbott, saying that the order cannot be enforced, and pressed the governor to immediately take it back.
He also stated that it “directly interferes with the implementation of federal immigration law.”
Garland concluded his letter by saying that if Abbott does not rescind the order, he was providing notice that “the United States intends to pursue all appropriate legal remedies to ensure that Texas does not interfere with the functions of the federal government.”
