Millions of Illegal Aliens From All Over The World Head For U.S. Border

From article:
President Biden issued an executive order on February 4 ordering national security adviser Jake Sullivan to produce a report by August 3 on “Planning for the Impact of Climate Change on Migration,” including options for protecting and resettling climate change-displaced persons.

McDad would like to request Samoans relocate to East TN. We need em for the football program and to drive Bob insane with the names.

Only flaw in your idea is that Samoans are US citizens so they wouldn't get any help relocating.

Similarly all those Fla athletes will have to move somewhere to live. Since Miami, UF, and FSU will be under water and no longer able to compete, Knoxville needs to get ahead on this asap.

Thanks Weeze.
Wasn't trying to patronize. Many people don't know that there's more than one Samoa. Why would they? It's not like it's a world power. They just produce a fair amount of wrestlers and football players.

GRAPHIC: Mexican Police Find Two Drowned Migrants at Texas Border

Mexican authorities found the bodies of two migrants late last week on the waters of the Rio Grande.

Since the start of the year, the Mexican border state of Coahuila confirmed 50 drownings of migrants as they deal with the crisis of hundreds of Central Americans arriving each day.

Authorities found the first body on Thursday in the rural community of Jimenez, between Acuna and Piedras Negras. The man was identified as 40-year-old David Vega Mejia from Honduras. Mexican authorities removed the body from the water and began procedures for dealing with migrant drownings.

A law enforcement source, speaking on the condition of anonymity, reported the illegal entry of more than 100 Venezuelan nationals south of Del Rio, Texas, early Wednesday morning. The group consisted of mostly family units and was apprehended by Border Patrol. They were transported to nearby stations for processing. Since April 16, Border Patrol agents have apprehended more 1,100 in the area.

Most will be summarily released into the community to travel to their destination in the United States. The few single adults within the group will await transfer to ICE for placement in facilities or released under alternatives to detention.

Unusual Supreme Court vote rules illegal immigrant can avoid deportation on technicality

The entire case centered on the word 'a'

The Supreme Court on Thursday ruled in favor of an illegal immigrant who was facing deportation, stating that they are entitled to discretionary relief because the government did not follow the rules.

Federal law says that an illegal immigrant in such a situation can avoid deportation at the attorney general's discretion if they have been in the U.S. for at least 10 years. The clock officially stops when they receive "a notice to appear" with information about their hearing. But in cases like plaintiff Agusto Niz-Chavez's, the government sent multiple documents containing different pieces of information. The court's majority ruled that because the law says "a" notice, that means it must be a single document.

Sanctuary State: Illegal Alien Gets Five Years in Prison for Killing 24-Year-Old

NJ-640x480.png

An illegal alien has been sentenced to five years in prison for killing a 24-year-old man in a drunk driving car crash in the sanctuary state of New Jersey.

Jesus Leal-Corona, a 49-year-old illegal alien, pleaded guilty in 2020 to second-degree vehicular homicide, two counts of third-degree vehicular assault, and drunk driving after hitting and killing 24-year-old Frankie Hensley of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in September 2019.

Before the deadly crash, Leal-Corona had been arrested in Texas and New Jersey. Despite those arrests, Leal-Corona was never deported. New Jersey’s broad sanctuary state policy, which shields criminal illegal aliens from federal arrest and deportation, could prevent Leal-Corona from being turned over to the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency following his sentence.

Vermont Senate Okays Non-Citizens Voting in capital city's Elections

Democrats in two Vermont towns are pushing for noncitizens to be allowed to vote

Non-Citizens who reside in Vermont's capital city Montpelier are now one step closer to being able to vote in certain local elections after the state Senate approved such a measure on Tuesday.

"I believe if someone wishes to be able to vote they should be a citizen," Vermont state Sen. Brian Collamore told Fox News in an interview. "The Montpelier bill allows what is defined as a legal resident of the United States to be able to vote in city elections. ... If someone is here on a permanent basis, why would he or she not want to participate in the process to become a citizen?"

Democrats in two Vermont towns are pushing for non-citizens to be allowed to vote in certain elections but must seek approval from state lawmakers first. The Vermont House of Representatives approved the changes earlier this year.

The problem with this other than the obvious, is that they citizens. Citizens of another nation.

Where is the outrage? The media is covering this up by not reporting on it. This is a border disaster by this administration. It's just one example of their incompetence across a myriad of topics.

Joe Biden Releases More than 8.3K ‘Remain in Mexico’ Migrants into U.S.

President Joe Biden’s administration has released into the United States interior more than 8,300 migrants enrolled in the now-defunct “Remain in Mexico” program, offering them work permits to take American jobs.

After taking office in January, Biden ended the Remain in Mexico program, which had proven remarkably effective in eliminating the Catch and Release policy whereby border crossers are apprehended and subsequently released into the U.S. interior while awaiting their asylum hearings.

As of February, of the more than 71,000 asylum cases under Remain in Mexico, less than one percent of foreign nationals were found to have a legitimate asylum claim.

Biden announced in February that his Department of Homeland Security (DHS), with the help of the United Nations, would start releasing about 25,600 migrants enrolled in the program into the U.S. interior. Breitbart News exclusively reported that the migrants are being released in Brownsville and El Paso, Texas, as well as San Diego, California.

I was driving home today and noticed 3 amigos walking down the side of the road a mile or so from my house. They sure as hell weren't walking to any place they could afford and they didn't look like they had a penny to their name. I suppose they were some of Biden's drop offs. As Evil Lawyer would say "Thanks Joe!"
