We all had our favorites during this search and some question the timing of firing Fulmer, but as this staff comes together I think we need to recognize what a fantastic job Mike Hamilton has done.

I understand that the ultimate measurment will be on the field, but for now you must give credit where credit is due...IMO.

Thanks for the link. I agree, I said all along that I didn't have a favorite, didn't know enough background/details about all the names we heard (and those we didn't), but that I was gonna trust MH. The real proof is on the field, but so far so good.

i know i've been critical of hamilton, but he did a great job going about the hiring process. smooth as silk

The names that we are hearing for his staff are nothing short of spectacular! Looks more and more like we are going to transform back into a contender.
