I very much doubt Russell is going to be any faster or more mobile than she was last year. I don't know how severe her foot issues were; I assume she played in some pain at times, but I never saw her grimacing or hobbling around. Maybe they limited the minutes she played?

judging by the limited appearances of N Moore in various preseason videos posted online it looks like she hasn't gained a lb of muscle. either she isn't trying hard enough or she is just incapable of putting on weight. ( I had that problem back in my late teens & early 20's) The USAF put me on a five meal a day plan and I think I gained 8lbs in 3 years. I still weigh less than 180lbs at 6'1"
Moore will not be much help deep in the paint without some heft. IMHO

I think we will be fine with Graves, Harrison, and occasionally Burdick in the post. The redshirt means an extra year we don't have to worry about needing a post since Russell will have 3 years left, not 2.

It means we will be in trouble when we face physical teams unless Graves, Jones and Burdick can improve their games. There aren't that many really physical teams--but Maryland was and they pushed us around and then out of the tournament.
