Mentality

The mentality of the coaches certainly affects that of the players.

The players mentality this year and in recent years is not competitive with the rest of the conference.

How long will it take the next coach to change that?

Will it take a hole new roster?

Obviously, this isn't true for everyone, but even the defense seems to give up once in a while.

I'm very interested in what those of you that have played football at any level think about it, but that doesn't disqualify everyone else of course.

I remember one of the rival coaches in College Basketball saying losing affects the players mentality and he didnt know if he could get them to shake that, I imagine College Football is similar
