Medicinal Marijuana........Yes or No?

I think 4 states approve this.California,Hawaii,Alaska and Oregon.I say yes and I don't smoke period.My point would be a chronic cancer patient taking chemotherapy that drinks wine periodically to calm there nerves,deal with pain, etc., plus the wine has a direct effect on the liver which is a vital organ whenever chemo is given and the liver gets the toxicity out of the blood.Thoughts?
