I have asked and asked. Could somebody tell me if Gruden is hired will Mckeefery be retained? Seems as if Pittman and Grahm keeps coming up and when they do I ask this and either my question gets lost in all the other rambling or ignored. Thanks in advance.

From what I have heard it is a good possibility that he would be retained.

I don't see how anyone could answer this in some definitive way. If I had to guess I would say most new HC's bring their own people, so probably not. Then again, he may get an interview with the new coach and be allowed to stay on.

Graham has a lot of value as a recruiter and a new coach is going to need that right away.

I would guess he would be 1st one interviewed for the job. With the progress of the OL and McCullers looking like he does, I would think he has a good chance to be retained.

Thanks for the reply. I feel we have one of if not The best S&C coach in college football. To replace him is a step backwards.

Only one person knows that and he is at Men's Warehouse buying up all the orange ties right now.

I thought about this the other day. Despite our poor play on defense, we have been blessed not to have too many serious injuries throughout the year, besides Randolph and Maggitt.

from my understanding ACL tears are hardly preventable from strength training. If that's right, then McKeefery couldn't have done anything about it.

Seriously? I wasn't going there. I think he has done a great job with our players and they have been healthy. Some people look for anything to argue over.

Some continuity would be nice for a change and the S&C coaches spend more time with the players than anyone.

That being said, there is the small matter of firing Dooley formally and hiring a new coach before the OP's question can be answered.
