Matt Cambell

But...he issued the SAME STATEMENT. And he logged NINE seasons with that school. Campbell issuing it at the end of his second is some kind of blood oath?

No, but when tied together with the Thamel account, which isn’t to be trusted alone, it seems pretty clear.

Clear as the next job they take. They always say they're staying forever before they leave the next day.

Patterson is probably relieved he signed an extension at TCU as well rather than jump in this meltdown.
Patterson was never going anywhere. He's been a pie-in-the-sky for everyone since TCU got into the Big 12.

He's going to coach in Fort Worth until he retires and then TCU is going to name the field after him.

You might as well sound out Bill Belichick for all it would be worth.

Wouldnt mind Campbell, but id take a shot at Norvell or Strong first.

Strong couldn't get it done at Texas where resources are unlimited.

He then took a South Florida team that was 11-2 last year and picked by everyone to win the AAC, go undefeated, and play in the New Years Bowl. The USF team he took over was stocked with explosive offensive players and he wouldn't open it up. Under Taggart this team scored less than 35 points 1 time last year. This year, they scored 35 points are fewer 5 times and struggled to beat the likes of Tulsa and Tulane.

Better jump on Norvell. An offensive genius. Can hire a defensive coordinator.
