A Friend of mine, who is completely Jealous of Everything Tennessee, informed me that Kiffin contacted Robert Marve before he decided to Transfer? And I couldn't find anything on the subject, but I found an ESPN article in which Miami officials claimed Marve's family had contact with Tennessee and he is not allowed to transfer here? Sounds very suspicious, and I'm starting to Worry. If Kiffin turns us into a cheating program like USC/Bama, I am going to hop off of his Bandwagon very quickly.

What does that have to do with cheating?

Doubt that Lane would put himself in that position, especially for this guy.

miami's head coach randy shannon had a transfer stipulation with marve in which he couldn't transfer to any other ACC school, any SEC school, or any school in florida, according to ESPN.

It was changed,he can't go to TN,FLA and one other SEC school that I forgot.I believe LSU.

It's also rumored that Marve contacted the coaches not the other way around.

I am not a troll, I was just wondering, because I havn't found anything on it. My friend usually wouldn't say something like that if it wasn't true or he hadn't seen it because I will give him crap about it. I don't want Marve, I'd rather have Stephens, I just wanted to know if you guys have found anything or if Kiffin said/did any actions on it.

I don't know if this is true or not, but I saw a couple of articles addressing this content. Apparently it was when CLK went to a Plant (I think that's the school) game in FL to see Orson Charles. Marve used to play for them in high school and was at a game. All that happened is that CLK was seen speaking with Marve at some point during the game on the sidelines. They could've been talking about anything. And Marve is the one who went up to CLK, not the other way around from all of the accounts.

That is good news, and I found the articles about Marve and his transferring, but nothing about whether Kiffin actually did anything Illegal.

I just don't want violations or a controversy before Kiffin calls a play. I wouldn't mind Marve, but I don't want to wait a year for a drama queen to come in. I'd rather get an Elite-11 QB next year and Mold him to the system.

"We are not suggesting any wrongdoing on the part of any of the universities mentioned."

That should clear up all the cheating suggestions.

Sort of what Bowden did to B Warren. But with all the stink around this one i hope UT stays away from him.
