I personally think they will since people started shooting at the rescue helicopter yesterday! Short tempers and guns don't mix! I never thought I would see a US city in this shape.

Maybe if something was done about it, no that makes too much sense.

They actually imposed martial law 3 days ago, but it's just been hard to enforce due to the conditions.
