Heading to NC STATE. Did not think he would land at a program of that profile.

What profile? Sidney Lowe is an idiot and they're terrible. Playing for NC State now is no more prestigious than playing for Creighton. Actually, it's less prestigious than playing at Creighton.

They had a chance to land a coach to turn things around. Unfortunately, it doesn't look very promising for the wolfpack.

And yet he stole JJ Hickson from UT last season. Pathetic!

With who he chose NC State over, his decision to attend NC State might be the worst commitment decision in the history of college basketball.

He won't get playing time over there either. Although, I hope I an incorrect...he really is not a D1 player. Outside of UT, he was never recruited by anyone above the bottom half of the MAC. He really needs to attend a D3 or an NAIA school. He is from the area that we live in...people were left scratching their heads when he committed to UT. He was not even the best player on his high school team. I really do not see him playing at NC State either.

Bottom line is, he really is just an average ball player.

The worse part of this kid is not his playing ability. Its his parents. Nothing but pains in the butt his entire high school playing career.

D3 of NAIA school lol, there are 316 D1 basketball schools i doubt there are over 600 schools that would pass on him to be a D3 player. He could play for most mid-majors and any small school D1.

Don't know where you got this list..but it is completely incorrect. He was initially looked at by PU and IU, but they passed. No other school made an offer to him outside of mid major bottom half MAC schools. I know for a fact that those school above with the exception of Tennessee had not recruited this kid. Just because you get a letter from a school does not mean you are getting recruited by them. Schools send letters out left and right.

There was Tennessee, Bowling Green, Miami(OH), IPFW and that was it! This came straight from one of his high school coaches. Although he was happy he was offered to play at Tennessee, he was completely baffled by it...like the rest of our area with any high school basketball knowledge.

if i remember correctly that either came from scout or rivals.

Trust me, outside of UT..he was not offered squat by anyone outside of a lower tierd MAC school. That came from one of his coaches.

I had a buddy who used to take calls from many schools when they were recruiting him as a QB. There were really only 5 that recruited him heavily, but the list with his name on rivals included quite a few that did no more than just pick up the phone and make one phone call.
