Anyone know what happened to Marques. I have been out of town for a while and noticed he hasn't been playung any lately.

i think he's redshirting this year because we played him the max yo can to still redshirt a guy and havent put him on the floor since

When Jordan Howell got healthy, he took the No. 2 PG position away from Marques Johnson. Obviously, Howell is now the starting PG. Pearl stated he's only going to have a 2-PG rotation, so that kind of clears up the Marques Johnson playing-time situation.

Thanks for the info. I did see him sitting on the bench today. If Howell keeps playing like he is and if Ramar continues to improve, like he did against WKU then it would probably make sense to redshirt the guy provided no one gets hurt.

I watched him play in high school up here in Indiana. Kid has speed, although I was quite surprised UT was interested in him..most people thought he was headed to a lower tier D1 or MAC school. Wish him alot of luck at UT. Would like to see him prove all the naysayers up here they were wrong about him.
