I found the story, looks like Drew Deener, Woodburn's color analyst for the Kentucky Thoroughblades, and also a former co-host of Cross and Deener on 1300 in Lexington will take his place.

Looks like "Woody" was under the influence and attempting to evade police. "Woody" had similiar problems while he was employed with the Thoroughblades. It is a real shame.........

I knew Drew Deener had left talk radio and his tv gigs to work in Louisville last year but it looks like he is coming home.

Deener is taking the 590 spot, Cutler is on 630 and Cross is at 1300. That makes Cross the Dean of Lexington talk radio. How scary is that?

Cross is the biggest homer that has ever lived, or that is what he would have you believe. Cross plays his crowd very well.

At a speaking engagement one of Cross's openings is something to the effect of........

Cross will speak and ask the crowd to clap after he says something......

At the very end of his spill he says and how many of you are here just to here me speak.....

Cross is not that good at local sports, and doesn't really cover the SEC that well.
