I know some of us have talked about this before, but considering what he has been through, I will truly miss his intensity and motor next year. The guy plays balls to the wall (no pun) every play. He truly gives his all for TN. Hope he finishes out the year in style, he's earned it.

Marlon is one of my favorite players for his focus and desire to make the play. It's a shame he had to play most of his career with Dools. Hope he finishes well and gets a shot in the league.

From what I have seen so far this year, Marlon Walls will be playing on Sunday's next year. You can bank on that.

After seeing him walk off the field against Georgia in tears, I thought about him after the game today. Happy for Marlon. He's been through a lot.

This is one of the many reasons I'm so happy about this win. The seniors who had to put up with Dooley for three years finally have something to show for their troubles. They can say they laid a foundation. Guys like M. North in future will be able to re-build the house...

Great quote from espn article.

“This is just the start, and it’s something we’ve been building toward,” said senior defensive end Marlon Walls, who was recruited by Phillip Fulmer and has played for three different head coaches at Tennessee.

I take my hat off to that young man. Truly a VFL.

After the game he said they would do anything for Butch Jones run thru brick walls whatever it takes... And also thought it was cool he thanked the freshmen playing so hard for the seniors..
