This kid is so predictable, he still has campus visits left but I could read that kid like a book, this kid is coming to Tennessee, he was flattered by how much attention he got from Kiffin when Kiffin started at UT and he loves the staff, Marlon Brown To The Big Orange, Possible Heisman in the future, I mean he has blazing speed and he is going to make a great addition to this ball club if he chooses to come which is most likely. All I needed to see tonight was his first play from scrimmage on a slant back to the inside and then blazing 77 yards all the way to the endzone.

He can turn on the jets fellas and when he does, it doesn't matter, inside, outside, or just straight up the middle, he's taking it to the house. That touchdown was awesome and I loved his canning ability to sprint off the line like he did and get around defenders like they weren't nothing but boys playing against a man.

a lot of people on this board believe that Marlon is overrated. He looked pretty impressive tonight.

It's a little early to say he's coming to Tennessee. We will find out in a month.

I doubt he's overrated. Like any other recruit he may not pan out, but as far as size, speed, and production he deserves the credit he's getting. Let's hope we get him, cause I don't want to play against him.

Chill out on the whole blazing speed deal and the Heisman talk. He doesn't have "blazing speed" but he definitely isn't slow but he's not going to run past you like some of the Florida guys. The guy guarding him on that play was a projected safety I believe because, obviously, his cover skills are really lacking.

Yeah, he put some thought into his list of finalists...mentioning Tennessee last to make it seem less obvious.

Ohio State, someone, someone, and uhhh Tennessee. Just from him going "out of his way" to mention Tennessee last made it seem to me that UT is actually his leading choice. He tried to hide it, but most people are able to see through that.

everyone knock on wood. i want this kid here bad.

i couldn't help thinking tonight when all the players were putting on USC, Florida, and Miami hats that I wished there were even orange hats on the table for thought. hopefully that changes. i was pretty bummed just watching them all make their great decisions and hoping that brown wasn't making friends with any of the boys from florida who were going to FSU, Florida, or Miami.

as i say that about the kids not putting on tennessee hats, i will say that i am extremely happy with all the coaches putting on tenn hats. first we land all the big shots with whistles and clip boards, then we get the kids with hands and feet.

I've seen videos of him and thus aware of his blazing speed. but does anyone know if he can shed defenders? Don't get me wrong I wouldn't mind having him here at all! I just don't know much about him and was wondering if he's physical or does a 3 mph gust of wind knock him down?

He was one of the more impressive players tonight playing against other ALL-AMERICANS and he is the first recruit Monte and O is going to see. I think that says all that needs to be said.

if Ed and Monte can secure this kid, it will be huge seeing how they are both on the other side of the ball and been with the program for about a week total.
