He has been an OC/HC for the past decade, he is not going to go somewhere and just be a QB coach.

mark will be looking for a $2 million offensive coordinator job if he can't land a head coaching position

Their have been staff changes every year. I'm sure there will be more this year.

Fire Mahoney and Martinez. Keep DeBord as OL coach. Hire Helfrich as OC/QB coach. Promote Terry Fair DB coach. New S&C coach. Butch does this, he's here to stay.

He would not go below OC nor should he. His biggest issue is he has no recruiting ties to the SE but could open us up on the West Coast. The rest of the staff has the relationships needed in the South so really a non issue.

He would be a great fit for our current personnel and maybe even find some assistants that can coach our guys up!

This would be awesome!But it makes too much sense.Never happen.
