What exactly have you done to find your version of "truth"? Watched a few conspiracy movies?...Weak.

Its convenient you use the definition of ground zero that best fits your delusional thinking. Maybe you should have grabbed a dictionary instead of Googling it while you were posting. Ground zero is used in the military often, not just as a place where an "exlposion of an atom bomb occurs".

2. The site directly below, directly above, or at the point of detonation of a nuclear weapon.

As a member of a Fighter Squadron who has worked an alert pad before, I can assure you.....you do not know the whole story, no matter what Michael Moore flick you rent. There is protocol in place for such situations and that protocol is never deviated from. In hindsight...yes they should have been launched sooner, but I can assure you no one knew the severity of the situation initially...not even you at the ripe old age of 11.

Exactly . . . In a lot of cases, it's not as much about being right as it is just trying to appear smarter. Why accept reality when you can replace it with one of your own that's a lot cooler sounding?
