BUT there is nothing about today's performance that says our coach is done!! Even with the adversity CPF is going thru he stayed focused and had our team ready!! I think that shows deep down the winner he is!! ESPN has given up on him, 3/4 of the State of Tennessee has given up on him and about all of Volnation has thrown in the towel.....I have had my doubts, but the man still is doing his job!! How many teams in the SEC is undefeated? How many control their own destiny??

I am seeing a team grow. I am seeing young people step up and make plays. I see intensity in our play. We are young and talented and I would rather have lost the 3 we did earlier in the year then to lose late.....maybe not the way we lost but we are in the drivers seat.

I see people changing their opinions on Chavis...yes he answered the bell as well today. I thought he should be gone if anybody. Now, maybe we are just maturing and coming together as a team...maybe not....BUT our coaches keep getting it done with their backs against the wall!! That's what I want in a coach no matter who it is!!

Anyways....the last 7 or 8 years might not have been the football we are used too.....Just remember CPF is the one who spoiled us, he raised the bar that is cutting his own throat and maybe he deserves the chance to prove himself. He has earned it.

The talent pool has gotten bigger....the competition has gotten tougher!!

I saw 1997 - 2000 Vol football today....we held the 12th ranked offense in the nation to 13 points!! Go look at the Volnation poll on rushing yards Arky would get....proves it all!! We shut down the best running back twosome in the country and noone believed we could do it!! I don't know what will happen in the next 2 weeks....I would rather be in our position then to be pulling for a team to lose!!

What about the evidence on September 1st, September 15th, and October 20th? There was evidence those weekends that he IS done. His career is not a 1 game vacuum.

I was ready to write Phill off after Bama but he has worked his way back into neutral with me. I think the team is starting to grow but i still think the Defense needs some new coaching blood. They have only played 2 games all year and just went on a vacation the rest.

The offense goes on vacation in every second half.

let me say this.....our freshman are growing and maturing every game.....all I hear is Florida is playing with their freshmen.....all I have to say to that is what is their record??

Defense is playing true freshmen......look back at grades, dismissals and injury

Yes, and let's not forget that Arky WAS able to pass all over the secondary in the 2nd half.

This whole season I have flip-flopped worse than Hillary Clinton on CPF's job performance. At home we look like a top 10 team, but on the road we look like Air Force. WTF?

Yeah, the offense needs to play a complete game. I'm not sure it has yet against an SEC team.

The offensive inconsistencies bother much more than the defensive ones do. Supposedly, Cutcliffe is a guru and Ainge is NFL quality. So WTF?

Ainge is probably going to be the equivalent of Chad Pennington post-shoulder injury, or Jeff Garcia. Hasn't done very much vertical stuff this year. A little bit, but not as much as anticipated.

No GaVol....I can take it!! Don't ever ban someone because of flaming me.....I like it when someone gets defensive for no reason, then tries to prove how smart they are and how dumb I am....it's funny!!

It's funny because it's easy. Show me any debate we've had where you've won. As I always say, I know so much more than you. It makes me smile.

back to the topic.....If CPF guides us to victory the next 2 weeks then I think he has saved himself as far as the media goes, the fans however I just don't know......
