I have followed this on and off as the topic comes up on talk radio. The judge should be disbarred. If there is a hell he is purchasing a one way ticket.

I don't see how this doesn't get thrown out of court on day 1. Reimburse the guy for his pants and then make him pay all court costs and attorney fees.

After the way we were treated in Knoxville and seeing what great tradition you guys have, I put UT at #2 behind The Herd. Great to be here. You guys have a great board. We had herdnation.com which was very similar but they decided to merge with the Rivals site.

Really, a guy filing pants over a suit? I mean, filing suit over some pants? He's hemmed and hawed enough here. He really just wants to pocket some money.
