We have a group of four Vol fans coming up for the Missouri game from Louisiana, it will be me and my wifes second time to Neyland and my cousin’s first trip, the only other time Ive gotten to come up was in 2020 so this will be my first real game at Neyland. We are staying in Gatlinburg Thursday and Friday night and driving over for the game Saturday morning, what are some things we need to check out?

Coming from Gatlinburg, the best way to get to Knoxville in my opinion is US 441/Chapman Highway. You turn left at Sevierville and it will take you straight into downtown Knoxville. I find it better than driving all the way to 40 and coming in that way.

In Knoxville, plenty of places to eat and hang out on Market Square and Gay Street. Market Square also has a farmers market on Saturday mornings with food trucks. There's also the Old City with bars and restaurants.

There is plenty of attractions in Pigeon Forge if you decide to go back to Gatlinburg and spend the night.

The Park Grill and The Peddlar are my favorite dining spots in Gatlinburg. The suspension bridge is worth the money unless you are terrified of heights. Have a great trip!

Bennett's Pit Bar-B-Que. You can find them in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It's all good, but the brisket is to die for.
