Normally I would back him 100%, but as of late his playcalling has been questionable at best. When it is third and two and foster has a 7.4 YPC average, why do we try spread the field and pass the ball???? That is just one of many things today that made me scratch my head... :banghead2:

It is time for some new blood at every coaching position, except Troop, he has done a fine job with the receivers this year.

This will blow your mind:

If Cut's inept offense goes up against Chavis' inept defense would the field implode in a black hole of ineptness.

:eek:lol:

But really what would happen is you would get reports from spring drills on how awesome everything is.

their stated goal of the offense this was to score 30 pts a game so they have failed in the FL and UA losses but the defensive goal of holding opponents to less then 30 pts has been the real bust.

This staff is just plain old, stale, senile, unimaginative except for reverses that never work.

Cutcliffe deserves as much, if not more criticism as Fulmer. Everyone knows that he's the one guy Fulmer will give almost 100% control of the offense to and really only makes the big decisions. That doesn't help matters any, but Cut has even blamed himself a few times this year for his playcalling.

I guess admitting it is the first step to recovery....but if you don't change then it won't matter.

If you would have asked me before the season, I would have said to spare Tropper. But right now, I think they have all been corrupted and we just need to start with a clean slate. Fire the water boy, all the grad assts, the cooks, the janitor, everybody... Just bring back some excitement and freshness to the program before if gets out of hand.

Instead of the unstoppable force vs immovable object, it would be the Maginot Line vs a cool gust of wind...

They're the same reverses with essentially the same personnel going in to run them. We even ran the same WR pass with Coker/Taylor that we ran last year... exact same play... similar reverses.

Maybe that's the reason both squads suck.

The offense is practicing against a high school defense, while the defense is practicing against a horrible offense.

You would think that it was pretty obvious our defense wasn't going to be able to stop Bama's offense. That became apparent rather early in the game. Thus, a ball control offense would seem like a good idea. Instead, we decide to throw the ball 1 billion times. I wonder what the time of possession was for UT.

I think they had close to a 10-12 minute advantage on us.

Obviously, Cut is a great QB coach and I still think he is a better than average OC. There is probably some demand for his services out there and he doesn't need to be dragged down or thrown under the bus. Chavis, I think, is going down with the ship whether he wants to or not.
