those idiotic morons who were booing at the UAB/Fla games for Josh Nunes's decision not to come to Tennessee. I know travel distance was also mentioned, but as his father stated the booing is what really disturbed his son. You better beleave this booing is going to cost UT dearly with other recruits, but hey these dumb ass rednecks who constantly boo don't see that as an issue. They are either to stupid to see it or just don't give a darn; My guess is both. If these people had gun powder for brains they couldn't blow their nose.

Idiotic morons eh? If his son or his father can't take a fan base that wants to win then who wants him? Go to Harvard or wherever else he wants to go. And even though I didnt "boo" at the games I understand why the people did. When the fans are paying thousands of dollars to watch a team get shredded and outmanned by your SEC rival you have the right to "Boo" take your cry babying somewhere else, follow Nunes to Stanford.

Yeah, as I have stated in other threads. Those Gator fans never booed Ron Zook once and look where they are.

Vince Young, is that you?

Best way to stop the booing at this point would be to announce that Fulmer is leaving at the end of the season. So the way I see it, anyone who supports Fulmer is costing the program valuable recruits.

simply, it's just not the fans' fault. implying otherwise is borderline irresponsible.

WOW.....just WOW!

It's the kids loss. There is unbelievable opportunity here, and potential to be part of someting great. If booing an underachieving, and unmotivated staff is that distressing to him, he is not SEC material.

if Nunes is that scared to get booed then get him out of here. It's not the fans fault, who spend their hard earned money on gas, tickets, concessions, apparel, to come watch a team who has been under coached and has a qb who thinks he is a dang all american. The fans breathe a sigh of relief when he completes a pass. like someone else said go follow Nunes to where ever he goes

What exactly are we accomplishing by booing? Hurting ourselves it sounds like. I will not boo my team no matter how displeased with things I am.

Hopefully it will be more effective than the emails we send to Mike Hamilton.

I guess we should just sit there with our hands under our butts and wait until next year for version whatever of Philip and the good ole boys. You do realize that we have the talent to at least be competitive in the SEC. What I haven't seen in the last 10 years on a year by year basis is a discipline fundamental football program. Go ahead and tell me under your breath that I don't know what I am talking about...fact is I am not the only one who feels this way.

I don't blame anybody for booing. The problem is that once you boo, you get lumped in with all the necks that are booing. You might have a very good reason for booing, but you don't look any different from the guy with a mullet 3 seats over who is just whining after one to many Pabst Blue Ribbons.

Read the article today on Vince Young. Mack Brown said the fans at Texas booed him. Didn't seem to hurt them too bad with recruits.

Like I said, I didnt "boo" at either of the games but, I feel that the people who paid the money on going to the ass beatings had the right to do as they please. If the team is putting out a pathetic showing then its going to happen. It happens at every venue, as someone earlier said UF booed Zook, Shula got death threats at Bama, VY at Texas got booed terribly. Season tickets, gas, headaches, food, etc give the fan to voice their opinion. What are they suppose to do, stand there and clap when we get throttled by 45?
