UF ‘15 (4th and 14)
USCjr ‘16 (pitiful, screw Jalen Hurd)
UK ‘17 (any loss to UK is infuriating)
WVU ‘18 (first play was a harbinger and microcosm of the Pruitt era)
GSU ‘19 (only game where I felt embarrassed to be a TN fan afterwards)
UK ‘20 (disgraceful performance)
OM ‘21 (hose job by the refs on the scoop and score)
USCjr ‘22 (wtf was this)
UF ‘23 (Milton at his worst, most ridiculous INT I’ve ever seen)
Arky ‘24 (ridiculous)
UGA ‘25 (screw Max Gilbert)

1990 Alabama and 2001 SECCG vs LSU. Both of those teams had a shot at the national title.

I was also pretty pissed after the Oklahoma game last year because it ended our CFP chances, but I doubt I’ll still be thinking about it 25-30 years from now.

I forget the exact year, but it was when during the Botch years, maybe the first or second. TN had beaten FLA and GA and would have been in the SECCG as long as they didn't lose to USC and Vandy. It was the Vandy game and points were hard to come by. I'm sitting in the stands, it's the fourth quarter and we're nursing a slim lead. I can't count how many times TN snapped the ball with 15+ seconds on the play clock. I'm screaming my head off to milk the dang clock. Vandy got that last possession, it was maybe 1:20 left in the game and scored to beat us. All ya had to do was sit on the play clock starting in the fourth quarter and that possession doesn't exist. I knew then we had made a bad choice in head coach.

2016 Tennessee vs Texas A&M. I was playing a gig at Saw Works Brewing Company that night. We watched the game on a projector, waiting to start the gig until after the game.

Kamara had just been promoted to #1 RB and had a hell of a game, but he and Dobbs couldn't hang on to the ball. We had 7 turnovers that night. The game went into overtime, we lost by a field goal, and I finally started playing around 10:00 pm to a dejected, pissed-off crowd.

I made it through the set, but my heart was still in the game. That loss killed the season. The next game Alabama beats us 49 - 10, followed by a 24 - 21 loss to a South Carolina team coached by the insufferable Will Muschamp. That was the beginning of the end for ol' Butch.

I never liked walking back by the river to the old stone quarry parking lot at night time you know what that means your walking with your back to a bunch of drunks Never got blocked in though you got 4 other guys with you the gravel parking lot lol pretty easy to move cars around .

There are several. One was 2007 playing Alabama. We were averaging over 5 yards a carry in the first half and in the second half, we just stopped running the ball and started throwing the ball into the flats on almost every play (Randy Sanders). I thought we would dominate in the second because we ran really well in the first half. It was a close game in the first half. Then we stopped trying to run the ball and it was all over. Dumbest coaching job ever by Phil. I did something that day that I don't think I had ever done before. I turned it off in the 4th. Yeah, I was mad.

2001 LSU, and it really isn't close. Win a game with a loaded roster and the lead at the half against a mediocre backup QB who couldn't throw and we have a shot at a national championship. Most frustrating second half I can ever remember watching.

There are some worthy contenders in this thread, but for me it’s always going to be 1990 Bama. Younger fans may love to complain about Daniel Lincoln and Max Gilbert, but they didn’t have to suffer through Greg Burke.

damn, there's more than one. The 1999 game between us and Florida at the Swamp. The way we let Alex Brown walk all over us. I was listening to the game at work. I got so mad, I threw my radio against the wall and broke it. Then the 2000 game with Florida at home, where Jabar Gaffney dropped the ball in the endzone and the referee still ruled it a catch and a TD. A lot of four-letter words came out of my mouth after that game.

Then we have the 2013 game against Georgia. We took the lead late with less than two minutes to go and we pinned them deep. And every time it seemed like we would stop them defensively, the refs would a flag on us and help to give Georgia a first down. Then they tied with a few seconds left. Then we remember how it ended in OT when Pig Howard fumbled the ball at the one-yard line and turned it over. After that game and seeing the smirk on Mark Richt's face really pissed me off. Georgia was undefeated and leading in the East. It was obvious that the Conference wanted to keep them that way and made sure that we wouldn't pull the upset against the Dawgs at home.

I remember that game. I was still living at home. Two months before I moved out. I was sick in bed but watching the game in my room. My Dad was watching the game in the living room. When we stopped LSU and looked like we won, I was so happy. I heard my Dad yelling "HOT DAMN, WE DID IT!!! WE WON!!!" Then when they threw the flag, I heard him yell "SON OF A F***ING BITCH!!!" I was too sick to yell anything. But I was not happy. And my Dad was livid.

That was one for me. But honestly, the game next year in 1996 at home where Manning threw three picks and Florida built up a 35-0 lead in the first half. We dominated the second half by scoring 29 unanswered points. But Florida had the ball in the last possession and couldn't stop them and ran out the clock. That game pissed me off even more. If we beat Florida, we'd gone to the SEC Championship game and possibly be in the Sugar Bowl against Florida State for the National Championship.

I was mad, too. But we took out their starting QB Rohan Davey, who was a pro style QB. Their backup Matt Mauck was a running option QB. They used the QB draw on us and other option plays we didn't prepare for and couldn't stop. That was the game that put LSU on the map and exposed Fulmer as a Head Coach.

15 Florida, owned them all game including a few good trick play calls by Debord, then 4th down disasters.

Exactly. After that game, Saban and LSU were on the rise and we went on a damn free fall.
