SoCar Fr TB Marcus Lattimore on Vols: “I’m surprised by their record. They don’t have a good record, but they’ve got a good team."

As much as I hated the way he ran all over our defense today, hes earned my respect. Guy is one hell of a player.

There's no doubt that he is a special player.

I'm a Byrnes grad & have watched this kid play over 4 years. He is a special player & a very rare honest to goodness good kid.

We were going hard after the Byrnes trio of miller willis and lattimore

If we got all 3, our might be a bit different at this point with our outlook almost completely different from here on out.

Lattimore was still a possibility until oku & brown committed. I think Willis will regret his decision.

Lattimore is right. There is MUCH more talent on that Tennessee squad than the record shows.

From all accounts he's a stand up kid and will probably be in the SEC record books.

If you all have time..I would like you to read a story on Lattimore by Tennessee alum Travis Haney

Inner Strength: USC?s Lattimore a powerful runner with a powerful support system | The Post and Courier, Charleston SC - News, Sports, Entertainment

I know it probably will not interest most of you as Marcus is not one of your players...but it is a well written article about a seemingly good person and great athlete...

lattimore was not part of the same class as brown and oku...they had no effect on his decision
