Lynyrd Skynyrd makes Rock&Roll HOF

One of my all time favorite Bands made the HOF today.The have been eligible for years and keep getting passed over, kinda like what happens to the SEC from time to time.

Their music always made me feel proud to be a Southerner and I still get sad when I think how it all ended.

I'm gonna go crank up my favorite Skynyrd song "On the Hunt" to celebrate.

The song was a response to " Southern Man" and "Alabama" 2 Neil Young songs that ripped Alabama and the South.

Go read the lyrics to those Neil Young songs and I'm sure you will understand what Skynyrd's song is all about.
