I've been to an l.s.u. game down there. They didn't want me there and I am going to oblige them by now going back.
Very unpleasant experience.

I’ve been. Went to the Ponderosa as part of a law school field trip. That’s quite a place.

If you can’t make the trip, at least watch the movie “Stir Crazy.”

Reds should be running by then. You wouldn’t regret a trip out Atchafalaya. The bayou is much more scenic!

The inmate poker game, with angry bull interrupting, is spectacular.

I went years ago. They taped a $100 gold coin to the head of a bull and turned him loose in a group of "lifers". They called it "no guts no glory". Convicts were flying everywhere but one dude finally got it

I checked with the ticket office last week and was told "2 to 3 weeks" before any away game updates.

That's the 2nd time I was told "2-3 weeks" so I don't really believe they have any idea when it will happen.

"2-3 weeks" is just the canned response they're giving whenever asked. Who knows when it will really occur

It is challenging, but if you get there early enough, one can park at my church, University Presbyterian Church, on edge of campus, for about $20.

I got the "next week or two" email just this afternoon. You're saying you got a separate email stating you at least got the LSU tickets?

and based on the mass-email they just sent about 30min ago, a number of our requests won't be accepted since they're charging $2089 a person for a two day, one night travel package that includes a ticket
