For 2024-25 year off $223 million in total revenues. Kelly buyout will start hitting this next year ($10 mil) a year) along with Kiffin’s $13 mil salary. Budget & travel expense cuts to be implemented per this article for all non revenue sports.

Tennessee far outperforming LSU in football revenue & of course total AD revenue with $150mil in FB revenue & over $300 mil in total AD revenue. TN profit from AD was $15mil. I guess it’s nice to have a men’s basketball program putting money on the bottom line even with Barnes $9mil salary. LSU lost $7+mil in women’s hoops compared to Tennessee losing $3+ mil.

It was during the 80s. Things weren’t as bad as now but I still couldnt wait to get out. Louisiana is a real 3rd world state now.

I had two separate business contacts from different areas of the state that were close to Gov Edwin Edwards. The stories were endless & amusing as ever.
Poorest, dumbest and most corrupt state in the Union. Geaux Tigers!

Jordan Ross currently pencilled in as one Edge/DE; I hate that we lost him. Am seeing little to none mention of Satterwhite. Today's BR paper finally admitted QB Leavitt would not be full-go for any part of their Spring practice, having had another procedure done this week. So, with all this hoopla about how tough LSU will be this fall under Kiffin ... who will be their QB? 🤔

Won’t matter if he can spin this to anything positive he will bolt for the league or Ala.

I saw some stats today on YouTube that showed Ross having the lowest QB pressure rating than any of the Leo’s last season by a wide margin. Definitely wasn’t worth the money he was asking.

OK. But, he was a young guy then, behind more senior guys who got more reps, with his prime days still ahead of him. 🤷
