I disagree. UNC/Duke have a fantastic following outside the state of NC.

FOOTBALL is the only reason teams are allowed in conferences. Basketball has NO bearing on the decisions! So basically Duke and UNC would look like a good replacement for UK sense they add NO value to football.

Unfortunatly this is true. Football makes money and it is what matters. UNC/Duke are the poster children of that conference. They'd never leave...that's like asking if UK would leave the SEC. You guys ever wonder why Slive never even talked to Kansas about coming to the SEC instead of Mizzou? He already knew the answer
