Lost Scroll Bar

I run windows 8 on a Lenevo laptop and since last night
I don't have the scroll bar on the right side of the screen also trying to scroll on the touch screen doesn't work

It's only on VN other sites the scroll bar is there

Anyone have any suggestions

What web browser are you using?

"since last night"
Did you make any changes to the computer last night, install any programs, run any updates?

If you can have you tried a different browser and if so do you have the same problem?

its back today,
don't know what happened, but I haven't installed any programs or software

As soon as I posted this and went into another thread, lost the scroll bar
