So what do you think? How far forward was that flash? Is his dad really dead? Whose funeral was it?

It doesn't really say how far into the future it was. As for his dad, though, I see no reason why he wouldn't be dead. Jack was even talking about his funeral to Kate in the flashforward. The thing that got me about this episode was Mikhail. He should have been dead 10 episodes ago. He has survived a sonic defense system, a beatdown from Locke, and now a shot from a speargun.

I don't believe that was his dad's funeral he was talking about. That's true about Mikhail, you can't kill that guy.

Who knows. I thought that's who he was talking about at the end, but I could be wrong. I don't know who else's it could have been though. To be honest, I thought they could have ended it better, but it was still a great episode. The highlight had to be Hurley running over that guy with the volkswagon camper.

That was a good part. You had to know Hurley was going to do something good after the way everybody was giving him a hard time.

Locke has been getting on my nerves this season too. He's turned into a klutz who can't do anything right. Maybe he should have stayed in that ditch. I liked his character alot more in the first 2 seasons....All in all though, it was a good season, even though the first half blew. i'm beginning to think we'll never get any answers though.:ermm:

Locke seems to know more about what's going on than anyone. Apparently he was right by telling Jack that he's not supposed to make that call. Looks like he goes all to hell in the future.

I am missing part of my face now, because that episode ROCKED it off.

--I think that is either Ben's Funeral, or Michael's. the only thing that messes with me is the fact that it was in the 'Hood.

--Rose is awesome--"If you say Live together, Die Alone, I am going to punch you in the face".

--Mikhail is indeed a BAD Mofo--I think he may be indestructible....remember that "richard" (the one that gave Locke the Sawyer file) doesn't age.....maybe Mikhail is also a "native".

--it is a shame that they introduced two hot girls in the underwater hatch, and then killed them before they could fight and then make out.

And I thought I was the only person who likes to pop oxycodones. Great episode. I liked Sawyer shooting Tom/Mr. Happy.

It's funny I dont watch Lost but last night I flipped it on to see that scene and thought it was good.

I've never watched before, but last night at was at my grandmother's and I watched it with her and it was an awesome episode.

well, the episode was good. i needed that from this show. the 1st part of the season was good, the middle sucked out loud, and the last 3 weeks were pretty good.

so, yes, i liked it. I think the funeral was Locke's, not sure why. I think Kate is with Sawyer......

and i did call it when the show came on......that it was "future Jack" we were looking at......not a "memory" scene......

i too was happy when sawyer killed tom. Hurley in the van was cool. and jack beating the crap out of Ben wasn't too bad either.

Poor Charlie.......and Desmond......missed out talking to Penny......

thumbs up from me.

There still weren't enough bra and panty scenes with Kate, Claire and Sun for my taste. Other than that it was good.

Don't count your chickens before they hatch. Maybe Des and Penny will get together later on.

Just watched the last two, actually (DVR'd). About time a lot happened. Most all of the "other" bad-a's are dead, they've contacted the boat (although it's yet to be seen what that means, although we can guess that at some point they get rescued...), we lost one of my favorite characters -- but he got to die for a noble cause, and they have Ben in captivity (again). I wonder if Locke will now go and join the Others, taking a leadership role???

I always watch series like lost after they are released on dvd... So is it over for good or just this season?

The reason I wait for DVDs is I hate getting into something and having to wait a week to see what happens! :banghead2:

so you wait 6 months for the whole season to be over, then spend whatever it costs for the whole season, and all the while, i already know what happened.......hm........:)
