Living in Indiana its a shame to see a once proud franchise fall to rumbles after one ugly incident but that's what has happened to the Pacers since "The Brawl". Indy use to have one of the most loyal fan bases but since the Ron Artest,Stephen Jackson,Jamal Tinsley and Marques Daniels brawls and off the court nightclub fights this franchise has become a joke and one no one in Indiana cares about. Now it looks like their new draft pick will continue the new tradition of thugs.

NEW YORK -- Indiana Pacers draft pick Lance Stephenson, after pushing his girlfriend down a flight of stairs, grabbed her and hit her head on the bottom step, prosecutors said Monday.

A judge released Stephenson, 19, without bail late Sunday night after his arrest on assault, menacing and harassment charges. Prosecutors had asked for $7,500 bail.

Maybe the Pacers and Vols should join forces.
