Our offense looks stuttering right now. If you guys bring the pressure and pressure often, you will beat us. Our defense is MUCH improved from a season ago though. I am shocked at the leaps and bounds they have taken.

One thing for sure is that we will have another good game in 2 weeks. I'm going to try to make it... anyone have any extra tickets for this friendly gator? :)

Every time I see the Florida game on the schedule I get the same feeling that I get when I see that I have a dental appointment coming up.

That's a good way to put it.

I appreciate the kind words but:

1.) We didn't show an ability to pressure the QB against a 3rd stringer and a completely desimated Oline so how in the world will we be able to against what you all have...

2.) Even if we had the ability our coaches would probably drop everyone including D-linemen back into prevent coverage if we ever managed to get a lead on you

3.) Why are you shocked that your D is awesome now...you all have had some of the best recruiting classes in the nation since Meyer got there and they're paying off now...plus as much as Meyer is known for his offensive scheme he has shown a real knack for fielding good defenses(with the exception of last year)

4.) Our offense is completely out of whack right now...our coordinator is all over the place with his play calling and our QB plays like a scared 8th grader...but still thinks he plays well

I hope we can at least make it respectable but I'm afraid you all are going to embarass us again

Maybe Nitrous Oxide would help.

Somebody on another thread said there was going to be a bloodbath in neyland this year...I sadly have to agree...It terrifies me to even think of whats going to happen at this years game....I am trying to keep optimistic, but its hard right now...I need something to prove to me that We are not going to get completely and totally destroyed this time.

we should not be having a bloodbath at Neyland. We have the wheels and talent to avoid it. We can likely run the ball on UF as well. We should be able to shorten the game and rely upon our D to stop them some of the time.

Honestly, before the Miami game I would have agreed with you. We stopped 2 of the best backs in the country. We'll see though, the game still has to be played. Rivalries bring out the best in everyone. I'm still looking for tickets, though. If someone can sell me 2 tickets, I'll gladly tailgate with you and bring plenty of beer.

Much the same as the UCLA game, I think this one could come down to which coaching staff makes the appropriate adjustments during the game. Given our track record, I like UF's chances.

We did last year too...Oh the horror :scare: Miami could not run the ball on UF, Thier defense is greatly improved from last year...We couldn't run it on them then either, No positive reinforcement here :banghead2:

those aren't two of the best backs in the land and that offensive line was a joke.

Oh Yee of little faith...Our boys will play tough. You guys will be the same ones saying you knew they could do it once we beat them. Or wait, I mean you will be the same guys saying "damn, now we got Fulmer at least 1 more year"

Go Vols and here's to a good game in Knoxville! Thanks Gator!

I might have 2 in the UF section, 100 a piece, that's what I paid for them
