wish we could swoop him up. he won't be at butler long. he obviously out coaches most people. only 34. at ut he would kick but in a classy way and get better support than that small school as far as resources.

Sorry if this is the wrong forum, but does anyone know how much he makes at Butler?

If CBP goes then he'd be my first choice. He's now 8 - 3 in the NCAA tournament. TIA.

ehhh overrated IMO.

You've said this in numerous threads; so I want to know your reasoning. Consistently knocking off teams with far superior talent and getting his team to play fundamental basketball have made me a believer, after doubting him in the past myself.

I'm sure he's gotten /numerous/ job offers in recent years. Butler has been formidable for a few years and of course came a whisker from winning the national title last year. So...make an inquiry but he won't be here.

Yeah if I am not mistaken his predecessor Todd Licklighter flamed out at Iowa and that might make him be hesitant to jump to our ship. He might become the next Mark Few who has built a self sustaining mid major.

Am I wrong or did he use to be a lawyer also? Would be interesting to have two ex lawyers coaching our 2 major programs.
