Long layoff a concern?

Is anyone else concerned that the long layoff before the Vols game at Pitt Saturday will make them a little rusty or lose some of the momentum they were carrying? I believe we'll have to have suffocating half court defense like we have been playing because I don't think our offense will be on. I believe even on a night the shots are falling good defensive play can keep you in it

I was thinking the same thing the other day, it seems like weeks since we last played.

yeah, i started a thread about this saturday and it turned into the hat vol show talking about jamie dixon and everything but what the thread was about. :banghead2: :banghead2::censored:

I don't see Pittsburgh holding Hopson and Harris in the single digits in scoring but I will be impressed if UT plays lights out against Pittsburgh. I think a win would give this team a "humble swagger" to go along with the confidence built over last years successes. These are the types of games that seperate the real from the fake.
