LOL! Boo Carter

Acclimatizing to altitude generally takes
1–3 days to adjust to a new, higher elevation to avoid sickness, but full physical adaptation for peak performance can take 2–4 weeks or longer. 🤷‍♂️

This according to multiple experts… but you do you, boo-hater.

Again, he’s gone, and it’s okay.
So, how do entire teams come in and play at Colorado all the time and deal with it?

So he needs maximum performance to keep up with his teammates on jogging drills lol. Also he appears to be the only one struggling. The other newbie’s seem ok.

A lot of the other players were new too. Didn’t seem to be bothering them. Quit defending the guy.

Not defending him as much as I’m telling you guys to get over it and quit acting like jilted ex girlfriends. He’s gone. Stop making threads about Colorado players and complaining and attacking a young man whom none of you know personally like anyone cares.

Get over it. He left and he ain’t coming back. 😂

Not saying that he's playing at this altitude obviously, but in reading a book called "Into Thin Air" (about a Mt Everest assent), people typically took weeks to acclimate to the climb stopping for several weeks at two "hiker camps" on the way up. They also started at about 15,000-18,000 feet. So, you could be right. I would think it would take at least a week to go from TN to CO and perform at maximum level.
when i go up on the Appalachian Trail it only took me about 2-3 days to adjust to the altitude... 4000-6000 ft close to the front range

I didn’t make a thread thank you. I was genuinely curious about how teams deal with the altitude?

Boo is getting settled in. He is surprised by the time zone difference and elevation effects. His so-called elite skills could have been more notable at UT-Martin but those guys may have roughed him up a little bit.

That video is hilarious. Deion may be running the boys to find out what he really brought in and unfortunately may have signed a NIL contract with some bozos that he regrets already.

Didn’t read the book, but the movie is good in a “Mother Nature is merciless” kind of way. Sea level and a nice fireplace is the way to go for me!

Everyone keeps saying he has elite ability. How do we know this? I never saw it
Did you watch him return punts or come up at various times and play the run or the short pass as a true freshman? Boo is lacking a lot of what it takes to be a successful football player, but physical ability isn't one of them.

I truly believe that about him being surprised by time zones. No wonder he struggled to show up to practice.

This x 1000. Same goes for the never ending obsession over Pruitt, Jones, And Dooley. And for that matter, Kiffin. Do other school fan bases do this?
