Loading a document

Can someone tell me if you can up load an excel doc or if it has to be in the form of a link. I created a new 2012 SEC Helmet schedule and want to post it for others to enjoy. Thanks

It looks like .xls files are supported. Just go into advanced reply mode and look for the manage attachments button.

Of course people will have to have a program that supports it to look at the spread sheet.
