It was about what I expected, tons of mindless action with the apple guy and terrible one liners. It was a pretty good movie for that type. It doesnt feel like the same John McClaine though. It feels like its Willis being his normal character, it doesnt feel like its McClaine like it did in the other 3. That was my only gripe.

That's what I heard. Willis can't play the character anymore.

Still, the previews have indicated that there's some insane action sequences so I'll have to check it out.

i saw II and III much too long ago. Its kind of different for than the other ones in some aspects. Thats probably why it feels like a different character.

i'd say the same as II or III. the action, especially towards the end, is totally unbelievable, but definately very cool. of course, it's not like this is the first time a Die Hard movie had parts that no human could endure.

Die Hard is one of the best action movies of all time. Die Hard II was entertaining but not as good. III was just absolutely ridiculous and stupid. I can't bring myself to watch the new one.

The whole beauty of the first one is that they're all trapped in this building, and it's an intense, high-stress game of hide and seek. The others lost something cool when they opened it up to much bigger areas (like an entire city).

I went and saw this tonight. There were some incredible action sequences. Overall, I enjoyed it.

It was pretty cool that an airplane that I worked on was used a lot in one of the action sequences. (Overlooking the fact that it's first flight was in Dec and it is far from being deployed)

Bruce Willis has consitently delivered the best one liners in the business for a while now.

Just saw it....lots of fun. I really enjoyed the daughter taking on the persona of the father.

If I am ever in a similar position, I hope I have the good sense to rip off the head of the bad guy(girl in this case) when I get them down so they don't get up and raise some more h3ll.
