Just got the email from UTAD. Here's a link to the available options:

S.A.V.E.

OPTION 1: GIVE MY ALL FOR TENNESSEE

Donate ALL of your 2020 Ticket Renewal and Tennessee Fund gift to the S.A.V.E. initiative, which goes toward student-athlete academic expenses. By selecting this option, the donor’s name will be included on a permanent “Gave Their All” wall in Neyland Stadium beginning with the 2021 season.

OPTION 2: CARRY THE FIGHT TO 2021

Rollover the 2020 Ticket Renewal cost to the 2021 season, thereby completing your renewal for 2021 and donating your Tennessee Fund gift portion from 2020 to the S.A.V.E. initiative (a 2021 Tennessee Fund annual gift will need to be made prior to receiving 2021 tickets).

OPTION 3: DEFEND THE CHECKERBOARDS

Rollover the 2020 Ticket Renewal and Tennessee Fund gift to the 2021 season, thereby completing your renewal for 2021 (including 2021 annual gift requirement).

OPTION 4: REFUND

You may receive a full refund of both your 2020 Ticket Renewal and Tennessee Fund gift. Tennessee Fund donors who renew their membership by the donation deadline may retain their season tickets for 2021.

The same options will apply to Vol Pass Holders. You may elect to see what seats are available, please note seats will be assigned based on Tennessee Fund membership giving and rank. After Tennessee Fund membership and rank, non-donor season tickets will be assigned. Vol Pass holders can also elect to donate to the S.A.V.E. program, rollover the cost for the 2021 season or request a refund.

You didn't get an option to be put in the pool for attending a game?

Tickets will be offered and assigned by Tennessee Fund membership and rank. This process will continue until ticket offers are provided to all active Tennessee Fund donors and/or the adjusted capacity is reached. As donors decline tickets throughout that process, ticket-offer opportunities extend farther throughout the donor rank order listing. Any ticket inventory that remains after offers have been extended to all active Tennessee Fund donors will then be offered to season-ticket holders who are not active donors.

So, no general admission tickets will be available?

Doesn't specifically say but I imagine they anticipate all the available tickets will by claimed by season ticket/VolPass holders.

No away games from UTAD:
"Due to reduced capacity throughout the SEC, Tennessee will not have the opportunity to sell tickets for any of the 2020 season away games. "

It sounds like if selected I'll get tickets to all 5 home games at the price of 7 home games for the regular season. SInce I'm not in the high class donor zone, I'm not sure I'll be in the 15K (I'm assuming about 10,000 tickets will be for family, students, band, recruits, dignitaries, etc)
I was hoping they would rotate through all season ticket holders with the higher donors getting to prioritize the game(s) they wanted to attend.

I imagine not. I live in Georgia, so obviously being a season ticket holder would be a great thing, but I am not. I've always just purchased what games we've wanted and attended. Sadly, this year, it looks like we don't have a chance.

It seems it would be such a hassle just to go there this year

Actually, the announcement says "Tickets for this fall will be offered exclusively as Season Tickets" (their emphasis). So, no single season tickets from the University.

I am leaning towards deferring for next year
That's the route I went. Makes more sense to roll everything over, if the plan was to renew next year. If this is the route you go, when clicking on the link, it's a little wonky...you'll probably want to follow up with ticket office and make sure things are complete on their end. Also, I found when printing out the confirmation receipt, an error happened....I did ask UT to send me confirmation that rollover took place, they did quickly.

Missed that.

I can't see there being any tickets left especially since they included Vol Pass holders.

When I saw how this was trending, I tried to sign up for season tickets. Wasn't able to sign up, nor have I heard back from anyone at UT. My guess is it will only be top tier donors that even have a chance to get in.

Lol, let's roll with that and have a little fun in the midst of uncertain times. What would be your "cool name" for option 4? I'll hang up and be thinking on mine....

**Here's mine** Fair-weather-friends...lol
Both of my kids will be asking for refunds...

How about Lyle Jones-it

Supply and demand could make ticket prices skyrocket for those who aren't season ticket holders. Wouldn't surprise me to hear about people doubling their money on Ebay.
